Wildlife removal has become a growing business. Knowing how to eliminate raccoons from attics, the way to eliminate squirrels nesting and from chewing on your house, or how to eliminate an armadillo from digging up your lawn has become more challenging for homeowners and property managers to manage.

The problem has become to large for towns to manage so a new business has been born, Nuisance Wildlife Removal. The most common nuisance wildlife is raccoons, rats, squirrels, bats, opossums, skunks, snakes, and armadillos. Wild hogs have lately become a frequent annoyance. Hogs mostly have effected the farm business and ranching, but has become an urban nuisance as well.

The raccoon population in urban regions has exploded in the past ten years. Raccoons living in sewers have accommodated to transferring their homes from trees into learning how to enter attics and chimneys. Removing a raccoon must only be attempted by a trained practitioner. Therefore people falling through the loft (the ceiling) can cause serious injury, and of course that mother raccoon after you down.

Squirrels chewing through siding enter a loft or in between floors has always been a frequent annoyance for homeowners. Once in the loft squirrels can naw on cables creating a serious fire hazard and expensive electrical contractor bills for the rewiring. The best method of ways to eliminate squirrels is one way traps set on the entrance point to the arrangement. This way the squirrel depart on their own but cannot re-enter. If the mosquito is persistent, another alternative would be to trap and remove the squirrel to a lawful wildlife refuge.

Armadillos, skunks, and opossums commonly take up urban residence. Cities will only come and pick them up in case you already have them trapped. Rats and bats should immediately be removed from structures until they populate the property.
